Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for Architects and Interns. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, managing projects from inception to completion, and integrating sustainable design solutions. Interns will support architects in project design, documentation, and research. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration
• Project Management experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
• Relevant industry certifications and registrations are a plus

Your responsibilities as Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, approvals with Govt. Authorities and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in various activities new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client's needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Skills

· Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

· Basic knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

· Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)

· Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

· Visual awareness and an eye for detail

· Communications including knowledge of word, excel and other computer skills

Responsibilities

· Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design

· Take the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals

· Develop ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact

· Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections

· Compile project specifications

· Keep within budgets and timelines

· Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations

· Make on site visits/ visits to government authorities for necessary approvals and documentations and to check on project status and report on project in and out of Mumbai

· Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals and government authorities
