Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect and Interior Designer located in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will work on designing architectural and interior design concepts, developing detailed project plans, and overseeing their implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, collaborating with various teams and clients, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing project timelines and deliverables. Attention to detail and creativity are key to excelling in this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration tools relevant to design and modeling
- Strong Project Management skills, ensuring project deadlines, budgeting, and execution are met
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client collaboration skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools is desirable
- Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design is preferred
