Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Surat Metro Projects. The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing architectural projects, ensuring designs are executed efficiently and meet client needs. Key responsibilities include creating architectural designs, managing project timelines, coordinating with teams, and ensuring projects comply with regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including creating plans and building designs that meet project specifications and client requirements.
- Competence in Software Development and Integration to effectively use architectural design software and collaborate on technology-driven design processes.
- Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and ensure seamless communication among teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a solid understanding of local building regulations and safety standards.
- Professional degree in Architecture or a related field; certification and licensure as an Architect is a plus.
- Prior experience in architectural projects, preferably in the real estate development sector.
