Architect 5 to 7 yrs -South Delhi Chhatarpur

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities

As an architect or engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to on-site execution. Key responsibilities include:

- Constructing clear diagrams using AutoCAD for effective project communication.

- Following up on projects, ensuring timely execution with a keen eye for detail.

- Conducting frequent quality assurance checks to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Liaising with government departments and utilizing strong contacts for project facilitation.

- Preparing technical drawings and presentations for client interactions.

- Implementing design concepts aligned with client requirements.

- Collaborating with construction professionals and project teams.

- Demonstrating expertise in 3D software and design aptitude.

Qualifications

• B. Arch/M. Arch with a minimum of 2years to 5years of relevant experience.
• Good liaising experience with strong contacts in government departments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
• Creative mindset with strong visualization skills.
• Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently.
