Role Overview
This role combines architectural design support with 3D visualisation work. You will collaborate closely with senior architects on concept development, 3D modelling, presentation drawings, and visual renders for ongoing projects across residential, commercial, and interior architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing conceptual and schematic designs.
- Create accurate 3D models using SketchUp
- Produce high-quality renders and walkthroughs using Lumion.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and working plans on AutoCAD.
- Support in preparing presentations, mood boards, and conceptual layouts.
- Conduct site visits when required for measurements and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members to deliver timely outputs.
- Ensure design accuracy, detailing, and adherence to project guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong command of SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Lumion
- Basic understanding of architectural design principles
- Good visualization and rendering sense
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with forms and materials
- Ability to multitask and work under guidance
- Good communication and organizational skills
Eligibility
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design
- 1 year experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
- A decent portfolio showcasing academic or professional work
