AR Specialist (Medical Billing)

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AR Specialist (Medical Billing) based in Noida, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The AR Specialist will manage accounts receivable tasks, including handling insurance claims, tracking and resolving denials, and ensuring timely payments. Responsibilities include verifying insurance information, collaborating with payers to address claim rejections, managing Medicare claims, and applying knowledge of medical terminology and coding standards such as ICD-10.

• Strong understanding of Medical Terminology and ICD-10 coding
• Experience in handling Denials and resolving claim rejections efficiently
• Knowledge of Insurance processes, including claims filing and reimbursements
• Proficiency in managing Medicare claims and related processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Prior experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred
• Relevant certifications in medical billing or coding would be advantageous
