AR Callers - NCR

We are hiring for the position of Executive / Sr Executive – AR Callers at our Noida location.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any Graduation

- 1 to 5 years experience in AR Calling

- Must have experience in Physician or Hospital Billing

- CMS 1500 or UB04 Skills

- Extensive knowledge of Denials management and Accounts Receivable fundamentals

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Hands-on experience in generating reports using MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Willingness to work continuously in night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the RCM process, ensuring timely and accurate claim submission to insurance carriers and clearinghouses

- Analyze data and generate reports to improve revenue generation and client satisfaction

- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing queries and providing updates on Accounts Receivable performance

- Provide feedback and coaching to team members

- Manage conflict effectively

- Oversee inventory and cash flow

- Identify trends and reduce aged Accounts Receivable
