This is a full-time on-site role for AR Callers, located in Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal. As an AR Caller, your day-to-day tasks will include handling accounts receivable, contacting insurance companies for claim resolutions, following up on pending claims, and updating patient account information. You will also be responsible for documenting call details and preparing reports as necessary to ensure effective collections and accounts receivable management.

• Experience in accounts receivable management and handling insurance claims
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective follow-ups
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in updating patient account information
• Proficiency in using billing and practice management software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
