Role Description

Perform pre-call analysis and verify claim status through payer calls, IVR, and web portals.

Ensure accurate and detailed documentation in the client system with proper #audit trails.

Record post-call actions and conduct follow-up analysis.

Handle payer inquiries, requests, request and complaints to achieve first-call resolution.

Review #authorization, clinical notes, and #EOBs prior to making calls.

Analyze #AR, #Denials, underpayments, and aging: document using appropriate action codes.
