The Ar Caller is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process by handling calls related to payment collections and resolving client issues. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in finance.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls related to accounts receivable.
  • Communicating with clients regarding payment terms and due dates.
  • Resolving disputes and queries related to invoices and payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
  • Working closely with the finance team to ensure timely collection of payments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
