Description

This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers looking to start their career in accounts receivable. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for following up with patients regarding their outstanding balances, ensuring accurate and timely collections, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up calls with patients to collect outstanding account balances.
• Review and analyze accounts to identify payment discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with clients in the system.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure timely payments.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to accounts receivable and collections.
• Provide excellent customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Educate patients about their bills and payment options.
