Job Description


  • We are seeking an experienced AR Caller / SR AR Caller for our Voice Process team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process by making calls to healthcare providers and insurance companies. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the billing process to ensure timely payments and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurance companies to follow up on accounts receivable.
  • Resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in the system.
  • Work closely with the billing and collections team to ensure timely payment of outstanding accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while communicating with clients and providers.
  • Identify trends in accounts receivable issues and provide feedback to management for process improvements.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly call and collection targets.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in local languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing processes and terminology.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
