Job Description

  • 34 years of QA experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service Module).).
  • Strong understanding of CRM entities, workflows, and business process flows.
  • Basic knowledge of Web API and plugin testing.
  • Experience testing JavaScript customizations in D365 forms.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Pages).
  • Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
