Ar Caller, Payment Poster and Charge Entry

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller based in Navi Mumbai. The AR Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims. Duties include understanding denial reasons, resolving claims discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams, updating claims status, and ensuring timely resolution of accounts receivable. The individual will also document call activities and outcomes while maintaining a professional approach at all times.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes, including understanding claim denials and healthcare domain-specific terminologies
• Proficient in customer service and phone communication for explaining claim-related queries
• Attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records, and follow up effectively
• Basic proficiency in using software tools for reporting, tracking claims, and generating data updates
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to meet deadlines effectively
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or healthcare revenue cycle management preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is advantageous
