Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller located in Bengaluru South. The AR Caller will focus on reviewing claims to identify unpaid invoices, following up with insurance companies and patients, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely payment collections. The professional will be responsible for documenting call outcomes, updating account information accurately, and reporting problem accounts to supervisors while maintaining strong communication and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively over calls.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes, medical billing, and insurance follow-up procedures.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documenting call outcomes, and an ability to resolve discrepancies.
- Proficiency in using regulatory compliance practices and maintaining confidentiality of patient and financial data.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management software and tools.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role or exposure to healthcare operations is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
