Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller located in Chennai. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance providers to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve and clarify issues related to denied claims, and ensure timely payment collections. Additional tasks include documenting and updating account information, analyzing and resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with company processes and operational guidelines. The role requires effective communication with clients, payors, and team members to achieve revenue cycle goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle management, medical billing, and insurance claim processes
  • Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills for following up and resolving claim-related issues
  • Analytical skills for identifying payment discrepancies and problem-solving
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and healthcare billing software
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement practices and compliance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management preferred
