Job Description
We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the US Healthcare Medical Billing process. The candidate will be responsible for managing AR functions, following up on outstanding claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for US healthcare clients.
- Perform insurance and patient follow-up on outstanding claims and balances.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and rejections.
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of claims to insurance payers.
- Maintain documentation for follow-ups, payments, and resolutions.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to escalate unresolved issues.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and turnaround time metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing, particularly in Accounts Receivable.
- Strong understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes.
- Proficiency in using medical billing software and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
