We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our health care team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounts receivable, demonstrating strong communication skills and attention to detail. This role involves managing client accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment status and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
