Description
We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our health care team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounts receivable, demonstrating strong communication skills and attention to detail. This role involves managing client accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
