• Make calls to insurance companies in the US to follow up on medical claims.
• Review claim rejections/denials and resolve issues to ensure payment.
• Document call details and action taken accurately in the system.
• Meet daily and monthly productivity targets.
• Work closely with team leads to improve performance.

• Any graduate.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willing to work in night shift (US shift).
• Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
