Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AR Caller / Denial Management professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable collections, analyzing billing issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on denied claims to maximize revenue for our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on accounts receivable collections and denials.
Analyze and resolve billing issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with insurance companies and healthcare providers to ensure proper payment.
Review and appeal denied claims according to company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up actions taken on claims.
Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims with detailed documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to billing and collections.
Skills and Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, denial management, or healthcare billing.
Strong understanding of medical billing processes and insurance verification.
Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
