Qualification
- Graduation is not mandatory if someone is having at least 2 years of experience as an AR caller.
- Requirement:
- Excellent communication skill
- Immediate joiner
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make calls to insurances in US for checking claim status.
- Work on Denials and take further action.
- Calling insurance companies to get the status of the unpaid claims.
- Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement (AR Follow UP, Patient calling, Provider outreach program etc.)
