- We are looking for an experienced AR Caller to manage accounts receivable follow-ups with US insurance payers to ensure timely reimbursement. The role involves analyzing denied and unpaid claims, making outbound calls, and resolving claim-related issues efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid medical claims
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status
- Analyze EOBs, remittance advice, and denial codes
- Work on eligibility, coding, authorization, and medical necessity denials
- Rework and resubmit corrected claims
- Maintain proper documentation
- Meet productivity and quality targets
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15 years of AR calling / follow-up experience in US Healthcare
- Strong knowledge of RCM and medical billing
- Experience with US insurance payers
- Good understanding of denial management
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with EMR / PMS
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in physician / hospital billing
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS
- Willingness to work night shifts
