Experience: 1 to 3 Yrs

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

We are looking for a detail-oriented AR Caller with 13 years of experience in US Healthcare. The candidate will be responsible for managing provider/hospital accounts receivable, handling denials, and ensuring timely follow-up with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Accounts Receivable for US Healthcare providers, physicians, and hospitals

Work closely with the Team Leader to meet process objectives

Ensure all deliverables meet client quality standards

Analyze and resolve denials, rejections, and LOA-related issues

Perform claim corrections and resubmit claims as required

Call insurance carriers to follow up on claim status and payments

Required Skills & Qualifications

13 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / Medical Billing

Good understanding of Denials Management and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Strong communication skills
