Job Title: AR Associate (US Healthcare)

Aegan Technologies is hiring AR Caller (Associates) to manage day-to-day activities related to Physician billing, Denials Processing, Claims Follow-up, and Customer Service within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review emails regularly for updates and take necessary action.
- Contact insurance carriers to follow up on outstanding claims.
- Document call notes accurately in the designated software and spreadsheets.
- Identify issues impacting collections and escalate them to the immediate supervisor when required.
- Update and maintain production logs on a timely basis.
- Understand client requirements and project specifications thoroughly.
- Ensure targeted collections are achieved on a daily and monthly basis.
- Meet client productivity targets within the stipulated timelines.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to established quality standards.
- Conduct timely follow-up on pending and denied claims.
- Prepare, maintain, and share status reports as required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in AR Calling, Denials Management, Claims Follow-up, or Customer Service in the US Healthcare domain is preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Are you comfortable with shift timing
- Strong expertise in Physician Billing
- Proficiency in documentation and MS Office applications.
