Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad for an Account Receivable (AR) Caller. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or partially paid claims, verifying insurance information, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts. The role also involves managing claim denials, accurately documenting call outcomes, achieving daily productivity and quality targets, and providing excellent customer service to resolve claim-related issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Overall 1+ years of Experience is needed.
- Strong Experience working with EPIC Software.
- Proficiency in AR calling, accounts receivable management, and working with US healthcare insurance processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective coordination with insurance companies and healthcare providers
- Ability to analyze claim denials, resolve issues, and document information accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet daily productivity targets
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and understanding of healthcare RCM software
- Prior experience in AR calling or healthcare revenue cycle management is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; understanding of HIPAA compliance is a plus
- Ability to work in an on-site setup in Hyderabad
