Job Description
We are hiring Experienced AR Callers for Physician Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Hyderabad (On-site).
Responsibilities
- Review & analyze CMS-1500 claim forms for billing accuracy.
- Use CCI & McKesson tools for validating and optimizing medical codes.
- Work on payer portals to check claim status, eligibility, and coverage.
- Handle claims across specialties: Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Orthopedics & Surgery.
- Use CPT codes, ranges, and modifiers correctly for billing.
- Work with Clearing House systems like Waystar and other e-commerce platforms for submissions.
- Perform voice-based interactions with payers/medical staff to resolve claim issues.
Requirements
- Graduate (Any discipline).
- Minimum 1 years of AR Calling experience in Physician RCM.
- Knowledge of CMS 1500 & healthcare billing forms.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be willing to work from office (WFO).
- Immediate joiners or max 15 days NP preferred.
Timings & Work Mode
- Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM
- Work Mode: On-site (Manikonda, Hyderabad Lanco Hills)
- Cab: Two-way cab within 25 km.
