Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs

Role: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing outstanding insurance claims and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies in the US Healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with insurance companies for claim status and payments
Resolve denied or pending claims efficiently
Analyze claim issues and take appropriate actions
Maintain accurate documentation of claim status and follow-ups
Ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum experience in AR Calling / US Healthcare BPO preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance follow-up is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
