The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, reconciling customer accounts, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends and resolving payment discrepancies
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (Denials)
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
• Proficiency in MS Excel
