Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Associate, located in Coimbatore. The AR Associate will handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, account reconciliation, and maintaining billing accuracy. They will analyze financial data, resolve discrepancies, and provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries. Effective communication with internal teams and customers will also be a key part of the role, ensuring accurate and timely information flow for accounts receivable processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret financial data
• Experience in Invoicing and knowledge of finance-related processes
• Strong Customer Service skills for addressing client inquiries and resolving issues effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is advantageous
• Proven attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel or finance management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
