Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Aquaculture Operations Coordinator. The role involves managing day-to-day aquaculture operations, coordinating activities between field and HQ teams, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational metrics, identify trends, manage data sets, and solve problems effectively
• Excellent Communication and Computer skills for engaging with field technicians, and stakeholders
• BSc/MSc degree in Fisheries, Agriculture, Biology, Zoology, Micro-Biology, Marine-Biology, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in aquaculture or animal husbandry operations is an added advantage.
