Role Description
This is a freelance , on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer based in Tiruppur. The Aptitude Trainer will deliver engaging and impactful training sessions for individuals seeking to enhance their aptitude and employability skills. Responsibilities include preparing relevant training materials, conducting practice sessions, assessing participant progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role requires working closely with learners to ensure their skill development, confidence building, and career readiness.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English Language proficiency
- Proven experience in training and mentoring individuals or groups
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and deliver effective training modules and materials
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability to tailor training approaches to individual needs
- Proficiency in tools and platforms used for teaching and content delivery
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field with expertise in aptitude topics
