Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an aptitude trainer, located in Nagpur. As an aptitude trainer, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and conducting aptitude training sessions, including quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability topics. The role also involves creating assessments, monitoring student progress, and providing constructive feedback to enhance student performance. You will collaborate with other educators to align training content with academic and professional benchmarks, ensuring the delivery of effective training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Problem-Solving skills
• Proficiency in Verbal Aptitude and Communication Skills
• Teaching and Training experience, with the ability to design and deliver engaging learning modules
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to evaluate student performance effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students to inspire and motivate them
• Familiarity with competitive exams and aptitude testing patterns will be an asset
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a relevant field preferred
• Prior experience in similar training roles is advantageous
