Position: Aptitude Trainer Placement Focus
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Aptitude Trainer who can deliver high-quality, placement-oriented aptitude training to engineering students. The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching, capable of simplifying concepts, and committed to helping students excel in aptitude rounds of campus recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
Prepare students for campus placement aptitude tests (TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Capgemini, etc.)
Design and deliver practice sets, mock tests, and assignments
Track student performance and provide personalized feedback
Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training quality
Maintain high energy and engagement during sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 13 years of experience in aptitude/competitive exam coaching (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to teach using real exam patterns and practical examples
Passion for teaching and student development
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Visiting Faculty
