Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced APS Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in planning and scheduling solutions. The candidate will play a key role in implementing our APS product and working closely with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) solutions
• Understand business requirements related to production planning, capacity planning, and scheduling
• Translate client requirements into system configurations and functional designs
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs
• Optimize production schedules based on constraints (machines, materials, manpower)
• Collaborate with technical teams for successful deployment and integration
• Provide user training, support, and post-implementation assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues
• Prepare project documentation, workflows, and reports

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain planning
• Hands-on experience in Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) concepts
• Good knowledge of SQL / data handling
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with global clients / stakeholders

Preferred / Add-on Skills

• Exposure to Siemens Opcenter APS or similar APS tools
• Experience with manufacturing operations management (MOM) solutions
• Knowledge of Siemens ecosystem will be an added advantage
