Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
For Mechanical / Electrical Diploma
- Machine Maintenance Support
Assist engineers in preventive and breakdown maintenance of molding and packaging machines.
Check and report mechanical/electrical issues in production lines.
- Utilities & Equipment Monitoring
Support in operation and maintenance of compressors, chillers, blow molding, and injection machines.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical panels, motors, and safety systems.
- Production Line Assistance
Help in machine setup, alignment, and troubleshooting under supervision.
Record daily maintenance logs and downtime reports.
Follow plant safety and 5S practices.
Maintain maintenance and inspection records as per audit requirements.
For Logistics Function (Optional Rotation)
Support dispatch team in packaging, labeling, and loading finished goods.
Coordinate with transporters for shipment schedules.
- Inventory & Documentation
Assist in material inward/outward entry in ERP/SAP or Excel.
Help in preparing e-way bills, gate passes, and GRNs
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and machine operation.
Familiarity with MS Excel / ERP systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn manufacturing and logistics processes
Qualifications
- any bachelor degree for logistic apprentice.
or 2.Diploma in machanical/technical/electical
