Hiring apprentices under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). As part of the State Insurance Plan, we are looking to recruit Apprentices .

Eligibility Criteria :

• Age Candidates should be below 34 years of age
• Qualification Graduation within last 5 years .

Position Overview

• Job Title:Apprentice
• Location:Assigned Gram Panchayats within designated districts
• Stipend Offered:15,000/- per month (Graduates)
• Opportunity for Growth:Based on performance, deserving candidates may be offered full-time roles.

Job Description-

Drive awareness and adoption of the State Insurance Plan in assigned gram panchayats through community engagement, outreach events, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Outreach

• Conduct awareness sessions to educate residents on insurance benefits.
• Partner with local leaders, schools, and influencers to promote the plan.

1. Enrolment Drives

• Organize enrolment camps for direct sign-ups, achieving set coverage targets.

1. Collaboration with Local Authorities

• Work closely with panchayat officials, ASHA workers, and NGOs to expand reach and tailor initiatives to community needs.

1. Training and Support

• Train local representatives to assist with enrolment and resident inquiries.
• Provide post-enrolment support for claims and follow-ups.

1. Data and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of activities and progress, submitting regular updates.
