Apprentice Technical

• Manage and maintain electromechanical and utility services with technician support

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks and defects

• Monitor performance of engineering staff and provide guidance

• Maintain records for assets under AMC/CAMC and defect liability period

• Support budgeting, SLA monitoring, and KPI tracking for services

• Coordinate vendor management including quotations, invoices, and meetings

• Ensure timely submission of cost sheets, invoices, and documentation

• Drive energy conservation initiatives and monitor utility consumption

• Maintain equipment history cards, logs, and maintenance reports

• Handle technical complaints and escalate issues when required

• Ensure safety compliance, work permits, and safe work practices

• Assist in risk assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning

• Participate in emergency response, evacuation drills, and safety programs
