Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Finance team. This role will be working on the Receipting of accounts receivables and reconciliations of Employee advance.

Your role

• Account Receivable
  • Post customer payment receipts accurately in Oracle ERP by ensuring correct allocation of receipts against customer invoices.
  • Review and analyze overdue receivables highlight long pending items to management.
  • Send timely reminder emails and follow ups to internal teams for overdue invoices.
  • Prepare and update Accounts Receivable aging schedules periodically.
• Travel Advances
  • Reconciling the balances once the employee travel is completed and following up for clearing the balances by following up for submitting the bills or recovering amounts.
  • Prepare and update employee advances aging schedules on a periodic basis.

About you

• B Com / M Com / MBA with minimum CGPA of 8
• Computer literate, Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word
• Excellent English language skills in both written and verbal form
• Must be able to communicate with internal/external customers and colleagues professionally
• Keen eye for details
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Must be organised and flexible
