Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Project Lead/Manager to supervise and execute MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at the site.
- Monitor installation and execution of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and firefighting, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections and provide progress updates on MEP activities.
- Coordinate with civil, design, and vendor teams to ensure smooth integration of MEP services with overall project execution.
- Plan and track MEP activities, managing interdependencies to meet project timelines and milestones.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and measurements for MEP works based on drawings and specifications.
- Verify contractor/vendor work, track progress, and support billing and invoice validation through joint measurement sheets.
- Support the preparation of weekly reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress trackers.
- Ensure proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and site changes.
- Drive the effective use of technology platforms such as AutoCAD (and other MEP-related tools if applicable).
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical.
- Prior internship or project experience in MEP execution, building services, or construction projects is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, electrical layouts, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and learn end-to-end MEP project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of other tools like Revit/BIM is a plus)
