Job Description:

Location Bangalore

Interview Mode Virtual

Stipend INR 25000

Work type 1 year (fixed term contract) with potential conversion after 8 months

Work model onsite (Bangalore) (Mon Fri)

Shift Starting from 5.30PM (flexible to work on rotational night shifts)

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, ensuring adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and client-specific requirements.
  • Consistently maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency across all assigned tasks.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and contribute to cross-functional coordination to meet shared goals.
  • Conduct thorough checks to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, minimizing errors that could impact clients or compliance.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, aligned with the overall purpose of the role.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BCom/BSc/BBA/BA),Non-Tech degree

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to navigate internal systems and tools
  • Solid understanding of job-specific processes
