Responsibilities
- Document processes and procedures for IT operations
- Provide technical support to staff and users as needed
Eligibility
- Basic understanding of Any Programming Language is preferred but not required.
- Technical skills are preferred but not required.
- Candidates should possess the following qualities: strong basic problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn and take on challenging tasks, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of computer networks and systems
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting
- Understanding of software installation and configuration
