How will you make an impact in this role

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

  • Incumbent will be managing Card/Merchant Account Maintenance, Setup, Card Cancellation, Escalations, Credit Balance and Scanning & Indexing etc. related work
  • Contact/Call the cardmembers and obtain the required documents as per the procedures
  • Should have knowledge of KYC
  • Work on daily inventory towards cases related to Onboarding/Maintenance
  • Handle maintenance/setup related requests with integrity & within specified timeframes
  • Keep a close eye on gaps & recommend solutions to plug them
  • Consistently manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently while working under stringent timelines
  • Contribute towards team goals by strictly managing individual productivity & quality targets while maintaining system metrics.
  • Take ownership of the email/issue and resolve to customer's expectations to deepen relationship and achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Understand, determine, and anticipate customer needs and present solutions as appropriate
  • Demonstrate strong focus on process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to and compliance with organization policies and audit controls
  • Build an excellent rapport with the team & other business groups to ensure smooth day to day operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Not more than 5 years of difference between highest education degree completion date and joining date
  • Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment & converse fluently with card members/clients

    Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to work anytime between 8:30 AM till 7:00 PM, including weekends (Subject to change as per the business requirements)
  • Hybrid Environment- on site expectation 3 days/week.
  • Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Shift flexibility requirements.
