First Citizens India is a dedicated community of professionals, we are searching for a driven, enthusiastic apprentice to join our team. The apprentices will get an exposure to a wide range of activities, include learning and developing skills. Our technology and cyber security team, work closely with professionals to understand their needs and translate them into robust and scalable software solutions and safeguard our organization's information security.

Job Title: Apprentice

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Bangalore

Role type: Onsite

Work Time: Open to work in all shifts

Responsibilities

  • Support your assigned team with day-to-day operational and technical tasks
  • Learn and apply relevant tools, technologies, and processes required for your role
  • Work with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot issues, gather information, and complete assigned work
  • Deliver tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and within timelines
  • Participate in team meetings, reviews, and discussions to understand priorities and contribute ideas
  • Document work clearly and maintain required reports, trackers, and knowledge material
  • Build professional working relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders
  • Apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to assigned tasks
  • Contribute to process improvements by observing how things work and suggesting simple enhancements
  • Follow all organizational policies, including security, compliance, and data privacy guidelines
  • Maintain a learning mindset and proactively upskill on new tools, concepts, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • BE/BTech (computer science, Cyber , Information Technology) (2023 or 2024 pass-outs)
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a structured corporate environment
  • Good time-management, organization, and task-prioritization skills
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate well with teams and work with guidance from mentors
  • High attention to detail and the ability to follow processes consistently
  • Comfort with using common digital tools and picking up new technologies quickly
  • Open to working in rotational shifts and working from office for all 5 days, as applicable
