About Team



The Usage Analytics and Telemetry Platform team is part of the Global Data organization . Global Data serves as a strategic partner to the company's business units, building a trusted and scalable data foundation that enables teams across the organization to access, understand, and act on data with confidence.



Within this mission, the Usage Analytics and Telemetry team focuses on capturing and processing product usage data across digital platforms . The team develops and manages telemetry instrumentation, data pipelines, and analytics capabilities that help product, engineering, and business teams make data-driven decisions .



By enabling reliable data collection, improving data quality, and supporting self-service insights , the team contributes to the broader Global Data vision of simplifying the data ecosystem, automating data processes, and enabling advanced analytics and AI innovation across the enterprise .



About the Role



Join the Usage Analytics and Telemetry team, which is part of the Global Data organization in the company. The team builds modern data systems that capture and process product usage data at scale. This role offers hands-on experience in data engineering, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted automation , supporting analytics and insights that help improve digital products. You will work with experienced engineers while learning industry best practices in data pipelines, telemetry tracking, and intelligent data monitoring.



Key Responsibilities



  • Support development and maintenance of data pipelines and telemetry systems for product usage analytics


  • Assist in implementing data collection and tracking across applications


  • Perform data validation, monitoring, and basic data quality checks


  • Work on defined tasks under guidance while learning data engineering standards and best practices


  • Contribute to documentation of data models, events, and telemetry tracking


  • Explore AI-powered tools and intelligent agents to improve telemetry monitoring, automation, and developer productivity


  • Collaborate with engineers, analytics teams, and product teams to support data-driven decision making


Desirable Skills and Attributes



  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or data processing concepts


  • Interest in data engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence


  • Familiarity with cloud technologies or APIs is an advantage


  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking


  • Good collaboration and communication skills


  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies


  • Curiosity to explore AI, automation, and modern data platforms


Eligibility Criteria



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field


  • Recent graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.


  • Must meet requirements under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and be registered on the NATS portal.


  • Must be legally eligible to work in India.


Experience You Will Gain



Work Schedule



This is a full-time apprenticeship from Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required to support meetings with global teams in different time zones.
