We are seeking a proactive and determined Apprentice to assist in the design, development, and execution of our projects. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience by supporting senior engineers, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Roles and Responsibilities
- Design & Project Support:
- Assist senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports, drawings, and in developing and implementing project plans.
- Prepare daily progress reports, documents, and presentations to communicate project status.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering systems.
- Site Inspections & Compliance:
- Conduct site inspections on a daily basis to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in quality control, ensuring that civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaboration & Skill Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop project management skills in areas such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Safety & Environment:
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech degree / Engineering etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data analytical and mathematical skills.
- MS Office expertise.
