Key responsibilities

  • Lead development of products and capabilities that address key business needs in collaboration with Technology, Design, Analytics and Enterprise stakeholders.
  • Build and test proof of concepts, incorporating client feedback to refine product architecture and design.
  • Oversee product documentation, performance dashboards and operational processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement..
  • Monitor product health metrics and user analytics, resolve issues proactively, and drive adoption and engagement through actionable insights.
  • Define and groom user stories, create PRDs, and ensure thorough testing before feature releases.
  • Ideate and develop innovative product features leveraging emerging technologies and market insights.
  • Utilize analytics to inform business and customer strategy, optimize user journeys, and support growth through experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel performance).
  • Create and implement analytical solutions on enriching data quality for usage across analytics and targeting.
  • Create innovative data products encompassing commercial prospect and customer targeting use-cases, to drive profitable acquisition and engagement strategy.
  • Develop strategic solutions for current business challenges leveraging data and insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective execution, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve unstructured problems
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • HIVE, SAS, SQL, Excel (Good to have -Python)
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management
  • Demonstrate positive attitude, agility, and willingness to learn and develop. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, structured, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy
  • Must be flexible to work across different shifts
