How will you make an impact in this role

Data Analysis & Business Insights

Analyze daily sales and performance reports track key metrics like acquisitions and conversion rates identify performance gaps generate actionable insights partner with teams to build dashboards and automate reports for better data visibility.

Pipeline Management & Collaboration

Work with sales and account development teams to validate and analyze pipeline data create BI dashboards to monitor productivity support cross-functional discussions maintain records of sales pipeline, colleague performance, and key business drivers.

Strategic Support

Convert short-term data into long-term insights support leadership in strategy refinement define and track KPIs aligned with organizational goals assist with business planning, continuity management, and executive reporting.

Compliance Awareness & Risk Monitoring

Develop an understanding of compliance frameworks like regulatory reporting, audit findings, and operational risk track compliance-related initiatives ensure documentation and reporting of compliance activities

Initiative, Ownership & Learning

Take end-to-end ownership of assigned follow-ups demonstrate curiosity and a proactive approach to learning business processes continuously look for opportunities to optimize reporting and streamline workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B. Tech / B.E.) with strong data analytics skillset

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 Years of experience in the commercial cards space will be preferred, along with associated knowledge project management etc.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, and Tableau.

  • Demonstrate effective oral and written presentation and communication skills to ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent Presentation & Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
