Job Description
This position will support the Global Privacy Oversight organization in ensuring the quality, consistency and governance of privacy-related processes. This position is for two (2) interns providing support across the pillars of the Privacy Program.
Responsibilities
The scope of work and responsibilities include:
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and enforcement of the privacy program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Direct comprehensive quality assurance reviews of privacy program processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with privacy standards
- Lead governance and continuous monitoring of privacy risks and controls across the privacy program to ensure effectiveness and compliance
- Govern the privacy program documentation inventory, ensuring proper organization, accessibility, and lifecycle management
- Ensure adherence to retention and deletion requirements for all privacy program records
- Support high-impact, cross-functional privacy initiatives aligned to organizational priorities
Qualifications
This position reports to the Director – Privacy Program Strategy & Governance - Martina Algeri.
- Minimum academic qualification preferably CA/CS/CAMS/LLB/CIA/MBA.
- Experience in compliance or legal knowledge would be an added advantage.
- LLB and individuals with certifications in compliance, privacy or audit would be preferred.
- Excellent verbal or written communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to ensure effective documentation.
