How will you make an impact in this role

• Execute assigned finance and accounting processes strictly in line with documented SOPs and instructions.
  
• Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly processes to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  

• Maintain accurate documentation of process steps, execution logs, and exceptions.
  
• Update trackers, control sheets, and evidence repositories as required.
  

• Monitor system alerts, notifications, and basic dashboards.
  
• Raise incidents or service requests for system issues following standard procedures.
  
• Hands-on MS-tools - Excel, SharePoint, email, word, PPT for daily work.
  

• Participate in training sessions and readiness activities for process or system updates.
  

Education & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  
• 0 11 months of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or shared services (preferred but not mandatory).
  

Functional Skills

• Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
  
• Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and control requirements accurately.
  
• Attention to detail and consistency in execution.
  

System & Technical Skills

• Basic familiarity with financial systems or enterprise applications is added advantage
  
• Techsavvy mindset with willingness to learn new systems and tools.
